A lot of time is being spent in airports now and a major feature of any visit to the facilities is the (bizarrely) gainfully employed toilet loiterer. This applies to airports and the lounges.
This isn’t a quality nightclub where – at a total stretch – you could justify having someone in the shitters dispensing after shave etc, it’s an airport where you want to be in and out as quick as you can!
Counteracting your desires is a bumbling character who is obliged, or rather employed, to point you to the hand-dryer, the paper towels etc. Madness. Surely a tip is not expected for someone pointing you to a clearly-obvious hand dryer. 🤔
Special note for Heathrow…..putting bleach in a toilet is not cleaning it. In numerous terminals the pans are displaying more brown than an episode of the Beechgrove Garden! This is from a bloke who doesn’t care, but if you’re employed to be in a toilet then you should take pride in it!
